Terms & Conditions
Please note - these Terms & Conditions do not supersede your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods acts: they are merely designed to clarify the principles and procedures by which we operate. In any event, we aim to serve our customers fairly and squarely and - should a dispute arise - we will always seek to find a speedy and amicable solution to the problem.
Pricing and availability
The total price of your goods will be stipulated at the time you place your order or at the checkout when your order has been confirmed. All prices are in pounds sterling including the relevant taxes for the UK where applicable.
The 'confirmation' stage sets out the final details of your order. Following this, we will send to you an order acknowledgement e-mail detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this e-mail is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from John Freya.
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will only take place on despatch of the products ordered to the address supplied unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in the meantime.
While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for goods if it has been listed at the incorrect price due to a typographical error.
All products and services offered for sale on this website are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Pictures used are for illustration only and although we endeavor to be as accurate as possible, may differ slightly from the actual product supplied. If goods cannot be supplied for any reason we will contact you and you will not be charged for the items ordered. If payment has already been taken, you will be refunded for the cost (and any postage charges if applicable) immediately.
We endeavor to hold stocks of all our active products, but if we are out of stock of your chosen item we will inform you of an estimated delivery date (subject to availability).
Enquiries and Complaints
If you contact us with an enquiry or complaint, it is our policy to reply to you within 24 hours of your initial email.

(a) If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any items in its original condition unsoiled, unused and in their original packaging securely wrapped to prevent any damage within 14 days of receipt. Exchanges and/or refunds will only be granted within this timescale
(b) Please enclose by print off the RETURNS FORM and complete it in full by explaining the reason for the return and whether a refund or a replacement is preferred. If you do not include with your goods, all of the necessary paperwork then the refund or replacement may be delayed or not be completed. We will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged return goods. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
(c) Postage costs incurred to return items will only be refunded if an incorrect item has been dispatched by us. We will not refund the postage if we have dispatched what you have ordered.
(d) If you believe you have been sent an incorrect item and wish to be credited for the postage please include a receipt for the postage cost.
(e) Delivery and return policy may vary depending on individual products. If this is the case, you may find additional information along the product description on the Website which
(f) We will refund using the same method as the original payment within 30 days of us receiving the returned items back. In order for us to provide a refund, all goods must be with the original packaging. Refunds will not be processed unless the goods are packed in their original packaging and are in a saleable condition
(g) This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Missing, faulty or damaged Orders or items
(a) Faulty goods will be inspected and if deemed to be faulty due to a manufacturing fault, we will either replace or credit you for the item to the value when purchased.
(b) If a parcel arrives damaged caused during transit, please sign the delivery note as found damaged and retain all relevant documentation so that we can make an insurance claim against the carrier's insurers.
(c) Contact us within 7 days of receiving goods with details of missing/damaged items.
(d) We will refund or replace missing items.
(d) Damaged goods will be replaced or refunded and a refund will be made for postal charges that you may incur (returned damaged goods only).
(e) Please note that refunds can only be given when goods have been returned to us.
